Can my crew use Spanstead in Spanish?

Yes. Language is set per person, so the same crew can work in English and Spanish at once. The crew app runs entirely in Spanish, including navigation, job steps and notifications, and the office app is available in Spanish too, on the same records.

What language do my customers' estimates and invoices go out in?

The customer's. Language is set on the customer record, so estimates, invoices, completion certificates and photo reports go out in English or Spanish automatically, whoever created them.

Can I change this setup after I start?

Yes. The industry setup is a starting point. Switch modules on or off, rename what your team calls things, and add the fields you actually record.

Can I bring my customers over from my current software?

Yes. Export your customers and properties, jobs, estimates, invoices and recurring work from wherever they live now, then map each column to Spanstead records and review the mapping before anything lands in your workspace. Custom fields included.
