From quote to paid, for solo operators and teams
EspañolPay for the whole workflow, not a pile of disconnected features.
Solo covers one person’s path from customer to payment. Team plans add people and deeper controls as a crew grows. During the paid pilot, we help you choose a plan and agree on onboarding before enrollment.

One person, one flat rate. Team plans start at $99 per month.
Plans that scale with the crew
Start with the depth you need.
Choose a team size to see the real monthly or annual total. Customer portal access stays free and unlimited on every tier.
Monthly keeps a smaller upfront commitment on Solo, Essentials and Growth. Enterprise requires an annual agreement.
Pricing below updates for your team size. Checkout starts at just you, and the bill grows as you invite real teammates.

Running a bigger crew?
Product add-ons
Pay for the extras only when you need them.
Learning & Compliance is available on Essentials and Growth, and included with Enterprise. Online booking is optional on Growth and Enterprise. Solo AI adds AI access and a shared credit pool to Solo. Product add-ons bill monthly, including when the base plan is annual.
Learning & Compliance
Describe the training you need and Spanstead writes the first draft, the lesson cards and the questions that go with them, ready for you to edit and publish. Then assign versioned mobile courses to individual workers or targeted teams, post short operational updates, reinforce the training over time, and export completion evidence without moving any of it into a separate LMS.
Available on Essentials and Growth, and included with Enterprise. Removing it stops new authoring, assignments, attempts, acknowledgments, reminders, renewals, and automation. Existing courses, attempts, completions, and reports stay readable as evidence.
Spanstead Booking Channel
Give customers a hosted booking page or embedded widget with real-time availability. Their selected appointment lands directly on the schedule with the intake details your team needs.
Requires Growth or Enterprise and is not bundled into Enterprise. Priced flat per organization, not per booking or calendar.
Solo AI
Switches on Spanstead Signal and the rest of the AI tools for a one-person workspace: the lead that has gone quiet, the invoice aging past due, a receipt photographed at the counter and filed as an expense, and the question box on your dashboard that answers “what are customers still owing us?” from your live records. One shared pool of 500 credits a month covers all of them.
For Spanstead Solo, where AI is opt-in rather than bundled. Without it, no AI tools run at all. Team plans include the same features, with an allowance that scales by seat. Signal drafts and flags. It never messages a customer or moves money on its own.
Spanstead Pay
Collect invoice payments online or through the customer portal. Supported Crew devices can collect invoices in person with Tap to Pay. Payments stay linked to the work.
Connect Stripe or Square. Spanstead charges 0.40% for online invoice payments and 0.50% for in-person card payments, in addition to your processor’s fees. The fee is deducted from your settlement; it does not increase your customer’s invoice.
Capacity and usage
Add capacity without switching plans.
Storage and Solo AI are recurring, and attach to your subscription. Solo AI is required to use Signal or any other AI feature on Solo. AI top-ups, maps, and route packs are one-time balances that roll forward if you do not use them. Onboarding is arranged directly with us.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How does per-seat pricing work?
Essentials includes 3 seats, then $19 per extra seat each month. Growth includes 8, then $15. Enterprise includes 20, then $13. Every active team member counts, including read-only members; customer portal logins are free. Solo is a one-person plan with a hard cap. Annual Solo, Essentials and Growth charge ten monthly equivalents; Enterprise is quoted annually at twelve.
What is included in Solo?
Solo includes the core one-person workflow: customers, schedule, jobs, field work, leads, estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, Reports, Notifications, QuickBooks Online sync, the customer portal, and the crew mobile app. AI is not in the base Solo plan. Signal and every other AI feature need the $19/month Solo AI add-on. Team administration, recurring work, inventory and fleet, campaigns, and custom modules need a team plan.
What happens when I hire past my included seats?
Nothing, right away. Inviting a worker is never blocked and never charges you that day. The new seat count takes effect on your next invoice, and we tell the account owner when a change moves the bill instead of letting them find it there. Deactivating someone works the same way in reverse, dropping off the count at the next invoice.
Can Spanstead write a training course for me?
Yes. Describe what the course should cover and what a worker should be able to do afterwards, and Spanstead drafts the whole thing: the lesson cards and the multiple-choice questions that go with them. It writes against your own business, so the examples use the services and equipment your crews actually work with. The draft opens in the course builder for you to read, edit, and publish. Nothing reaches a worker until you publish it, because a published course becomes part of their permanent training record. You can also ask it to shorten a course, add depth, use plainer language, or make the questions harder. Drafting uses AI credits from your monthly allowance, and it is part of Learning & Compliance.
How does the paid pilot work?
Apply for early access and tell us about your business. We review fit, agree on a supported workflow and monthly plan, and arrange onboarding personally. Applying does not create an account or charge you. Pilot access is paid and by invitation; scope and billing are agreed before enrollment.
Which HR and learning features come with each plan?
Essentials includes People Core: worker records, org chart, timecards, leave, holidays, accruals, availability, and scheduling eligibility. Growth adds Advanced HR for hiring, onboarding, credentials, policies, safety, performance, employee relations, and workforce insights. Learning & Compliance is $99 per organization per month on Essentials or Growth and included with Enterprise.
What happens to training records if I remove Learning & Compliance?
New authoring, assignments, attempts, acknowledgments, reminders, renewals, and automation stop. Everything already there — courses, versions, assignments, attempts, completion evidence, and reports — stays available to read as historical evidence.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You cancel it yourself, online, in the portal. No phone call and no retention interview. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and service, data, and logins stay available until then.
What if I'm not happy after I've paid?
Cancel within 30 days of your first ever charge and your subscription ends immediately, with money back, capped at one month's fee. On a monthly plan that is a full refund. On annual paid upfront, it is the full charge minus one month at the standard monthly rate, for the service you actually used. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable.
Does Enterprise really require an annual term?
Yes. It is the one tier sold only as an annual commitment, billed by ACH bank transfer rather than card. Essentials and Growth are available month-to-month or annual, by card.
Does the customer portal count as a billed seat?
No. Customer portal logins are free and unlimited on every tier and never count toward your billed seats.
Plan bases and extra-seat rates are monthly USD figures before tax. Sales tax is added where the transaction is taxable. Solo is a flat one-person plan, and customer portal users are free on every plan. Sold to businesses in the United States only. Your rate never changes mid-term. Any future change to a base price or per-seat rate comes with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.
