A language toggle on the sign-in page is not a bilingual product, and a translated menu is not the whole of one either. Here the assigned work, the day's route, notifications and every job update read the same in either language, because they were built in both — and the free text your office typed on the job is translated as the technician opens it, which is where a translated app otherwise stops.

  • Your customer's paperwork comes out in your customer's language.

    Invoices, estimates, completion certificates and photo reports are generated in the language of the customer receiving them, not the language of whoever pressed Send. A Spanish-speaking customer gets Spanish paperwork even when an English-speaking dispatcher raised it.

    The app keeps working without a signal. Assigned addresses, tasks and photos stay on the phone. A photo leaves the queue only once storage confirms it landed, so nothing is quietly lost between the job and the office. Is the whole app in Spanish, or just parts of it?

The whole app. Navigation, labels, job steps and the field workflows are translated, along with notifications and job updates. A technician can complete an entire day's work without reading English. Worth knowing when you compare: a translated field app is no longer rare, and it stops at the labels — the scope, the crew note and the job messages your office typed stay in the language they were typed in. Here those are translated too, as the job opens, and the original is always one tap away.

Can some of my crew use English and others Spanish?

Yes. Language is set per person, not per company, so the same crew can run in both at once. The office can work in English while a technician works in Spanish on the same job, and both see the same record.

Does the crew app work without a signal?

Yes. Assigned job addresses, tasks and photos stay on the phone, so the app keeps working in a basement, a crawlspace or a rural property with no bars. Arrival and job updates save on the device and send when the signal returns. A photo only leaves the upload queue once storage confirms it arrived, so a weak connection cannot quietly lose it.

What language will my customers' invoices be in?

The customer's. Invoices, estimates, completion certificates and photo reports are generated in the language attached to the customer receiving them, independent of who created the document. A Spanish-speaking customer gets Spanish paperwork even if an English-speaking dispatcher raised it.
