The more accounts you carry, the higher your rate goes
Counted on accounts that are active and paying, not on signups. The new rate applies to everything you earn from the month you cross it.

Why creators do better here
The parts other programs leave out
Most field-service programs require US residency and a US bank account — while marketing to Spanish-speaking crews. We pay by bank transfer where we can and by PayPal or Wise where we cannot, in USD. We handle the W-9 or W-8BEN.
Most of you run an actual trade business. While you are in the program you get a free workspace for it — the full Growth plan, your real jobs, your real crew. Your videos are you using it, because you are.

Commission alone pays nobody on day one. For creators we want to work with, we commission videos outright at $250–$1,500 each, on top of the commission they earn.
How it works

Tell us who watches you and what they do for a living. A person reads every application and replies within five business days.
- 2Get your link and kit
Your referral link and code, your co-branded page, the content kit, and a free workspace for your own business.
- 3Post what you would have posted anyway
No script approval, no exclusivity, no minimum posting schedule. Say what is true; we will not ask you to say anything else.
- 4Get paid, every month
Track signups and active accounts, then take your payout on the 15th of the following month.
Who we approve
We are looking for people the trades already trust
- Your audience owns or runs field-service work — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling, or the crews inside them.
- You make your own content. Any platform, any size, English or Spanish. We would rather have 3,000 plumbers than 300,000 strangers.
- You will disclose the partnership, every time, because the law requires it and because your audience deserves it.
- You will not say things about Spanstead that are not true. If it cannot do something, say so — we would rather lose the signup than buy a refund.

Questions
What creators ask first
When does the 25% stop?
It does not. You earn on every payment for as long as the account keeps paying us. If they upgrade or add crew, your commission grows with their bill. Most programs in this category stop at twelve months; ours has no cliff and no ceiling.
Do I need a US bank account?
No. We pay creators in the United States and abroad, in USD — bank transfer where it is available, PayPal or Wise where it is not. We collect a W-9 from US creators and a W-8BEN from everyone else, and issue a 1099-NEC where the IRS requires one.
How is a referral tracked?
Your link sets a 90-day cookie, and your code works on its own — if someone types it at signup a year later, the account is still yours. Attribution follows the code first, so a viewer who watches on a phone and signs up on a laptop still counts.
When am I paid, and how much do I need to earn first?
Commission is held for 14 days, then paid net-15 on a monthly cycle. The minimum payout is $10; anything under it rolls to next month rather than expiring.
What happens if a customer refunds or charges back?
That commission is reversed inside the first 60 days. After 60 days nothing is clawed back, whatever happens to the account later.
Can I be in other affiliate programs?
Yes. There is no exclusivity and no non-compete. You keep your audience, your channel and your other partnerships.
Can you change the rates later?
We can change the program with 30 days' written notice, but the rate you joined at is locked for 24 months. A change we make in year one cannot reach back to what you already earn.
The product is still in a paid pilot. Is it worth posting about now?
That is exactly why we commission videos for flat fees right now — $250 to $1,500 — on top of commission. Early creators also lock the highest rate we will ever pay for 24 months.
