Installments reconcile to the contract value to the cent however many storms land, tier boundaries are fixed so two people reading the same depth reach the same charge, and every invoice starts as a draft the office reviews before it goes out.

A return trip to the same site is its own visit under the same storm, so the second push is never mistaken for the first.

Visit, storm or site documentation that reproduces what was recorded: the agreement version in force at the time, the service chronology, measurements, products with their units, and the evidence references. It rebuilds from saved records rather than today's forecast, and superseded entries stay in it.
