Lawn Care

Every lawn measured. Every treatment on the record.

Measured turf areas on the property, application records that know a fertilizer from a herbicide, and the seasonal program each customer bought, step by step.

No card to apply. Paid pilot access by invitation.

01

Every lawn, measured

Each area's size, turf and irrigation, with keep-off notes in the crew's own words. Rates per 1,000 ft² have a real number to work from.

02

Every treatment, on the record

Products, rates, areas treated, wind and temperature, and what the customer was told. A fertilizer asks for its N-P-K, a pesticide for its EPA number.

03

Every season, tracked

Enroll a property in the program it bought. Each recorded treatment fills its step, so the office sees who is due and whose window has passed.

Before you start

What does an application record hold?

Who applied, their license, when, the areas treated with their sizes, and each product: its type, amount, mixture and actual rate per 1,000 ft². A pesticide carries its EPA registration number and can be marked restricted-use. A fertilizer carries its guaranteed analysis and the pounds of nitrogen it put down, and phosphorus has to say why it was applied. Wind, temperature and whether the lawn was marked are part of every application. The record keeps the applicator's own answers; it does not check them against a state's rules.

How do seasonal programs work?

Write the program you sell as numbered steps, each with the part of the season it belongs in. Enroll a property for the season, and the steps it bought are copied onto it, so editing next year's program never changes what this customer paid for. A step counts as done when an application record names it, and the programs page lists every lawn that is due now or past its window. Programs do not schedule visits or send invoices on their own.

Can I price by the square foot?

Yes. Estimates, invoices and services can be priced per 1,000 ft², the way a lawn price sheet is written. The quantity fills from the property's measured lawn areas, and the line says when an area has never been measured, so a short total is caught before it is sent.

What about the weekly mow?

The maintenance visit is its own record: which areas the crew reached and which they skipped and why, what was done and what was not, and the cut height, clippings and turf conditions. It carries no chemical detail, so the regulated record stays in one place. Both appear in one lawn history, in the order they happened.

What if a crew loses signal?

If the job is already open on the phone when the signal drops, a saved application or maintenance visit waits on the phone and sends itself when the signal comes back. The crew sees what is still waiting, and nothing is recorded twice.

What else runs alongside the lawn records?

The whole business. Scheduling and routes, estimates, inventory, invoices and payments, the customer portal and the crew app, all on the same property records. Every part of it works in English or Spanish, set per person for your team and per customer for their documents.

Start with one property and one service.

Bring your customer and property list and the program you sell. We will register the lawns for your first route, set up the program's steps and windows, and walk a treatment through with your applicator, from the measured areas to the customer's copy.
