Before you start

What does a technician record on a system visit?

A maintenance or diagnostic record for every system the visit covers. The readings offered are the ones that system type actually takes: superheat, subcooling, temperature split and static pressure on a split system or heat pump; manifold pressure, temperature rise, flame signal and carbon monoxide on gas heat; water temperatures and system pressure on a boiler. Units are fixed rather than typed, so the same measurement lines up from one visit to the next.

How does the report connect a problem to its fix?

Findings are numbered. Each repair names the findings it addresses, and each verification names the repair it proves, with the measurements retaken afterwards when that is how it was checked. The customer's report follows the same order: what we found, what we did, what we verified, and what still needs attention. Recommended work the customer turned down is on there too, with the decision and who made it.

Can I schedule maintenance visits?

Yes. A recurring service plan carries the workflow and the exact systems it covers onto every visit it generates, so the technician opens the job with the right equipment already in scope and the property's register in front of them.

Do entered warranty dates confirm coverage?

They put the question in front of your team at the right moment: parts, labor and component dates sit on the system record and print on the service report, so nobody orders a part without checking. Confirming eligibility and filing the claim stay with the manufacturer.

What else runs alongside the system records?

The whole job. Scheduling and dispatch, the estimate, parts drawn from inventory, the invoice and the payment, the customer portal and the crew app, all on the same record as the system history. Every part of it works in English or Spanish, set per person for your team and per customer for their documents.

Start with one property and one service.

Bring your customer and property list, then register the systems needed for your first service visits. We will confirm which records can be imported and which need assisted setup, then walk a full job through with your technician, from the prepared visit to the service record and the customer's report.
