Ratings, markings and the circuit directory on the property. Then the readings, findings, repairs and verification from every visit.

Every circuit's position, rating, protection and load. It prints as a door card that matches the office record.

Record readings, the thermal scan and what you fixed. Each repair carries the measurement that verified it.

The readings offered depend on the equipment: line and phase voltages, phase and neutral currents, imbalance and measured load on distribution gear, the hottest connection from a thermal scan, termination torque, grounding electrode resistance at the service, insulation resistance on transformers and feeders, and GFCI or ground-fault trip current and time. Tasks cover lockout and tagout, torquing, exercising breakers and updating the directory. Units are fixed, so the same reading lines up from one visit to the next.
No. The marked fault current and the arc-flash label are recorded as they appear on the equipment, with their dates, so the next person sees them. Those numbers come from an engineering study, which Spanstead does not hold or produce, and the report says so.
Each job carries its permits and inspections, from requested to scheduled to the result. Corrections from a failed inspection become a checklist on the crew's phone that works offline, with proof photos. Customers see inspection status in their portal and get a notice when an inspection is booked or moved, and the crew gets a reminder the day before. The permit fee can post to the job as an expense.
Yes. A recurring service plan carries the workflow and the exact equipment it covers onto every visit it generates, so the electrician opens the job with the right panels already in scope and the property's register in front of them.
The whole job. Scheduling and dispatch, the estimate, parts from inventory, the invoice and the payment, the customer portal and the crew app, all on the same record as the equipment history. Every part of it works in English or Spanish, set per person for your team and per customer for their documents.
Bring your customer and property list, then register the panels and gear needed for your first visits. We will confirm which records can be imported and which need assisted setup, then walk a full job through with your electrician, from the prepared visit to the service report.
